Ever since you were a child in the meager village of Malph, you wanted to become a great Wizard and learn the great mysteries of the universe, such as why 'abbreviated' is such a long word. The answer turned out to not be very interesting, but by that time you were a Wizard anyway.

Your life changed one day, changed irrevocably -- and perhaps not for the better -- when you were wandering down the quaint bucolic dusty paths of the tiny farming village of Cowpat. There, you met the village idiot's homely son, who gave you broad hints as to the last known location of the long-lost Ruby Beaver. Recognizing the street value of such a rare treasure, you set off to find it.

There was no drama in the LBC but you soon were confounded by a fiendish statue-pushing puzzle, and by the time you figured out to solve it, you were unhappy as an underfed kitten.

Fortunately, "giving up" isn't in your dictionary (probably because it's two words), so you persevered. You fought your way through countless gypsies and goblins -- even a bulette! But eventually you found the lair of the sinister Death Knight Wrathbobcat, and were able to defeat him by knocking him into a spiked pit with a lucky critical hit. Bruised but successful, you made it back to the nearby city of Waxton and claimed your reward.
