| After your quiet hometown of Pittsburgh was attacked by gunslingers and, despite your young age, you were forced to take up arms to defend it, you decided that the life of a Fighter was the life you were looking for. It would be a long and difficult road, but it sure beat the heck out of being a village idiot like your nephew wanted. As you wandered the back alleys of Dropseat (and let's face it, most of that place is back alleys), a hand covered your mouth while a blade pushed gently at your ribs. You let yourself be dragged into a pitch-dark abandoned convenience store. A sultry female voice introduced herself as Indigo Dark blade. She asked you to undertake a quest to recover the Lord of Nickelodeon's lost parakeet, Cuddleface. Reasoning it was the best quest you'd get until you leveled up a bit, you agreed to help. You were doing really well until you got your eye caught in a beartrap and had to gnaw it off to escape. Fortunately, you don't need that to be a hero... but you will sort of miss it. But all that drama couldn't stop you. You'd never given up on anything, not even your childhood quest to depilitate all the goldfish in your hometown of Molehill. So you kept going, right into the comic shop of the evil Giant Unpleasantor. Fortunately for you, he was out for lunch at the time, so you could grab some loot and get out before you got your skull handed to you.
