| After your quiet hometown of Piehole was attacked by lizardmen and, despite your young age, you were forced to take up arms to defend it, you decided that the life of a Fighter was the life you were looking for. It would be a long and difficult road, but it sure beat the heck out of being a bard like your father wanted. As luck would have it, as you were passing through the land of Glameroth, you stopped at the inn in the quiet hamlet of Sto Lat, and heard the local town crier talking about the ancient sewer that the town had (perhaps ill-advisedly) been built next to, and the fantastic Silver Idol of Unpleasantor that was purported to be hidden there. Without bothering to ask why nobody had managed to recover it already, you set out on your very first quest. Everything was going great until you got lost in a ruin -- all the walls looked exactly the same! You did find a sweet knife +1 in a shoggoth's lair, though, and were able to intimidate some ents into telling you where their boss's hideout was. Right before they stabbed you in the foot. Nevertheless, you fought your way through evil overlord's necropolis, dispatching orphans left and right, and finally arrived at the throne room of the Ice Giant Arc'klor. After a long and dramatic battle, you plunged your magic wand into his kidney. The entire dungeon unexpectedly began to collapse as soon as the evil hick was dead, but you managed to escape with your life, and claimed your reward from the grateful people of Gallston.
